Program Overview:  Civilian Responder Training Workshops and Education

Our training center is dedicated to providing high-quality training and education to members of the public communities, teachers, and employees to empower them with the skills and knowledge necessary to respond effectively to medical emergencies and crises. Our programs are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and are accredited by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) to certify participants in "First on the Scene" and American Heart Association CPR training.

Program Offerings:

• First on the Scene Certification: - Our "First on the Scene" certification program is designed to equip participants with the fundamental skills needed to provide immediate care in emergency situations. The program covers topics such as scene safety, patient assessment, bleeding control, and basic wound care. Participants will learn how to assess the situation and take appropriate action to stabilize a patient before professional medical help arrives.

• American Heart Association CPR Training: - We offer comprehensive CPR training certified by the American Heart Association (AHA). Participants will learn the latest techniques for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on adults, children, and infants. Our instructors ensure that participants understand the importance of early intervention and how to perform CPR effectively to increase the chances of survival in cardiac arrest situations.

• Active Bystander Course: With our pillared ABC Course, this class covers all of the above in a day combination class. Through the 9-hour day, students will achieve the AHA Heartsaver CPR, First on the Scene First Aid, and the Co-TECC Active Bystander certifications.

Accreditation: Our training center is accredited by the NAEMT, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to the best practices in civilian responder training. Participants who successfully complete our training workshops will receive certification recognized by the NAEMT, validating their competence in first response and CPR techniques. Additionally, the Within Thin Lines Foundation training center and its staff have earned the accreditation and authority for holding the standard of education as approved by the Committee of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care.
