Welcome to the Active Bystander Responder course here at the Within Thin Lines Foundation. 

We invite all non-medical trained members of our communities to take a course tailored and dedicated to their success in the event of an active assailant situation. The initial interventions that active bystanders have done to initiate bleeding control and life-saving measures have statistically made the greatest impact on the survivability and support of the injured. 

As students of our TECC Active Bystander Responder course will have earned 8 hours of life-saving training, gear preparation, and certification through the American Heart Association CPR, the NAEMT's First on the Scene First Aid, and Active Shooter response training, within a day of tiered education. All through the standardization and accreditation of the Committee of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, as outlined in the guidelines below. 

Through our imperative, and pinnacle training here at the WTL Foundation, we guarantee the success of each of our students. Successful completion of the Within Thin Lines Active Bystander course awards each student a credit toward any of our additional classes.

• Or take advantage of the direct delivery of our program to your location of business. The Cadre will come to you and certify your employees at your location, to train them in their dedicated work environment.
