COURSE CANCELATIONS
TUITION REFUNDS

COURSE ENROLLMENT POLICIES AND AGGREEMENTS:

  • Course Certification Delivery and Attendance Policy:

  • The Within Thin Lines Foundation pledges to deliver all course completion certifications on the date of class completion. In the unforseen circumstances that may cause the Within Thin Lines Foundation challenges with delivering the course completion certifications on the day of due to technical/adminsitrative complications, the Course Coordinator of the course will make it a priority to have the difficulties addressed and deliver the certifications digitally to the students' email used for registration within seven business days.

  • Course completion certifications will only be awarded to students that successfuly attend 100% of the course. In the event that a student is unable to maintain 100% attendance, due to any unforseen circumstances that are not at fault of the course coordinator, the registrant of the course will be voiding his/her course certification and a refund of course tuition will not be waranted. In order to achieve the desired course certification, any student who failed to maintain 100% attendance of a course, will have to re-register and repay for a new course tuition.

  • Any student who fails an end of course exam or skills assessment will be granted one attempt to retest after remediation of failures on the final day of the course. The Within Thin Lines Foundations pledges to work diligently to assist all student to pass the exam/skills assessment remediation and retest. In the event that the student fails the retest/assessment, the student will have to re-register and re-attend the entirity of the course at a later scheduled date at full tuition cost due to the nature of the course and it's demand.

  • Failure to attend the course in it's entirity, or failure to pass the written exam, skills assessment test, or remediation and retest, will not be subjected to a tuition refund unless it has been found to be at the fault course delivery conflicts such as natural disasters, weather cancelations, or incidents causing the course to be canceled prior to completion. The Within Thin Lines Foundation pledges to use only vetted, experienced, and certified instructors of the course programs, held to the standards of equal opportunity without discrimination to age, sex, gender, identity, disability, nationality, religion, culture, political or personal beliefs. In the event that a student is found to have challenges with the proctoring cadre instructor, a second cadre instructor will be elected to proctor the remediation and retest/skills validation.

 

Course Tuition Payment Policy:

  • Please be aware that payment of the course registration is due on the begining of the first day of class. If you elected to pay by bill invoice, or by payment in person appon arrival, that invoice must be completed prior to the initiation of the course.

  • In the event that the invoice is subjected to be paid by the registrant's employment of work or sponsoring agency and cannot be fullfilled by the paying organization in a timely manner under the efforts of the student's attempt, the approval to attend the course will be subjected to the decision of the President of the Within Thin Lines Foundation on a case by case approval. In the event that the registrant is granted permission to attend the registered course without a fullfilled invoice, the awarding certification of that course will be withheld from the student until the completion of the invoice.

 

Course Tuition Payment Refund Policy:

  • We understand that circumstances may arise that require students to cancel their participation in a course. In order to ensure fair treatment for all participants and to maintain the integrity of our courses, we have established the following refund policy:

  • Refunds for cancellations are available if the request is made at least one week (7 Calendar Days) prior to the start date of the course. This timeframe is necessary to allow us to fill the vacant seat and offer the opportunity to other interested individuals.

  • Cancellation requests submitted within one week of the course start date will not be eligible for a monetary refund. Instead, the student will be issued a tuition credit that can be utilized for a future course. This credit will be valid for a reasonable period of time, and the student may request availability for a future course of interest.

  • We recognize the demand for our courses and the limited availability of seats for registrations. By adhering to this policy, we aim to uphold the quality and exclusivity of the learning experience we offer. We also strive to accommodate students who may need to reschedule their participation due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • It is important to note that any refunds or tuition credits are subjected to the terms and conditions outlined in our class information and tuition payment agreement. We encourage all students to familiarize themselves with these terms in their entirity before enrolling in a course.
